About

A focused team building serious software for skilled trades.

MagicGeek, LLC is an American software company. We believe the industries built on personal craft — tattoo, nail, and beyond — deserve software as considered as the work they do.

Our story

Craft industries run on trust. We build the software that earns it.

Tattoos and nail art are personal, skilled work. Yet the business around them still runs on DMs, screenshots, vague briefs, and no-shows — tools that were never designed for the job.

We started MagicGeek to close that gap: give clients a proper way to prepare what they want, and give studios the same quality of software that larger industries take for granted. Our two platforms — OpenInk for tattoo and ManiLume for nail — are that idea, shipped.

We design, build, and operate everything ourselves: the mobile apps, the studio platforms, and the infrastructure underneath.

Principles

How we work.

01

Respect the craft

Our tools organize the business around the work, so artists and technicians spend their time on the part only they can do.

02

Ship real workflows

Demos are easy; deposits are hard. We measure our products by whether they move actual bookings, payments, and finished work.

03

Sweat the details

Latency, typography, edge cases, and time zones all get attention. Professional software should feel considered everywhere you touch it.

04

Own the stack

From booking engines to native rendering, we build in-house. It’s why the client app and the studio software feel like one product.

Progress

From one product to a platform family.

The stack is shared, so each product makes the next one better.
